As we finished up early registration and counted the numbers we are already over 400 people signed up for the W24 in 2013. Up significantly from 2012 at this same point. Thanks to all who are already ready to roll and a special invitation to those that are still waiting. Registration is open now and each day as the event gets closer until we get to 750 racers.
Get your team together and join us in July for racing and fun. Sponsorships continue to stream in so it will certainly be a swag fest at the awards again.
Thank you to Cane Creek for hosting the Friday night welcome gathering this year. Custom cups and a cold one to reunite with your competition and start the weekend.
A great new event at the Wausau24 this summer. Burley is providing some of their new My Kick balance bikes and we will be setting up a fun juniors course for kids to play on throughout the weekend. We are calling it "kickin it with my kick." Helmets required (limited loaner helmets will be available)
Bring your kids over and try it out Friday evening through Sunday.
We will be giving one My Kick away for FREE as well to a lucky rider.
Thanks Burley!
I would like to encourage as many people as would like to participate in the Wausau24, and also balance the swag and awards given out. This is the plan.
