THIS IS THE 2011 SCHEDULE, UPDATES TO FOLLOW.
This is the tentative schedule for the events. Updates will be noted and a final copy will be posted and in your race bag at registration.
Friday July 29th, 2011
12:00pm: gates are open for entrance for all teams to set up camping and parking. (prior to 12:00pm entrance will be for expo and staff only)
12:00pm:-10:00pm pre riding of the course is open. Lap will be marked and ready to go. (weather pending)
4:00pm-7:00pm Day of registration is open in the main lodge. Pre registered riders may pick up your packets and numbers at this time.
3:00pm-10:00pm Concessions by Mickey’s open in the expo area. note new beverage options for Adults.
11:00pm-7:00am courtesy hours on the entire grounds. (Please respect your neighbors and get some rest for race day.)
Saturday July 30st, 2011
7:30am-9:00am: Day of registration open in main lodge. Pre registered riders may pick up packets and numbers at this time.
7:00am- Concessions by Mickey’s opens for the duration.(they will be open the entire 24 hour race)
7:00am-9:00am: Timing Chip pick up for all racers under the transition tent. (You must have a timing chip on during racing to have laps and time recorded.)
7:00am-8:30am Pre riding of the course open. (weather pending)
9:00am-6:00pm Expo open
9:15am-9:30am: Racer meeting at the transition tent. Team captain or co captain must attend.
10:00am: WAUSAU24 RACE START FOR 6,12, AND 24 HOUR EVENTS
(back by popular demand will be the traditional Le Mans start)
4:00pm Kinetic 6 hour Event Ends
6:00pm Expo closes for the day
10:00pm Maxxis 12 hour race finishes
10:00pm-12:00am FREE pizza and beverage under the transition tent for all participants. Make sure you have your wrist band on. This is for paid participants only.
Concessions remains open throughout the night.
Sunday July 31st, 2011
9:00am-12:00pm Expo open
10:00 Salsa Cycles 24 hour event finishes
12:00pm-1:00pm Awards ceremony for Maxxis 6 hour, Kenetics 12 hour and Salsa Cycles 24 hour events.
4:00pm all participants and spectators need to be cleared out of the Nine Mile property. Clean up your area.
5:00pm Facility closed. Thank you for another great weekend!
